An Phat Complex High-Tech Industrial Park, formerly known as Viet Hoa - Kenmark Industrial Park, was granted an Investment Registration Certificate in 2006 by the Management Board of Hai Duong Industrial Parks with the investor being Kenmark Investment and Development Co., Ltd. (belonging to Kenmark Corporation of Taiwan) with an expected investment capital of 500 million USD. At the time of establishment, the IP is expected to be built into a modern complex, developed in Tu Minh area, Hai Duong province.
