Sai Dong A concentrated industrial park is located in Sai Dong town, Hanoi capital. Sai Dong A Industrial Park has an area of 420 ha; is an industrial, commercial and service zone. In which, the area of land for industry is 197 ha. The investor is a joint venture between Hanoi Electronics Company (Hanel) and DEAWOO ENGINEER CONTRUCTION Company (Korea). The Prime Minister has issued a written permission to revoke the investment license of the joint venture company. The master plan proposes that the Sai Dong A concentrated industrial park will continue to maintain the industrial park here with an area of 197 hectares, in the direction of attracting foreign investment to build technical infrastructure of the industrial zone, prepare the ground for the industrial zones.
