Hoa Cam Industrial Zone (Industrial Park) is located in Cam Le district as a developer of Danang Industrial Zone Development and Exploitation Company as a decision No. 1252 / QD-BXD on September 19-2003 of the Ministry of Construction Approving the detailed planning of Hoa Cam Industrial Park in Da Nang City. Currently, Hoa Cam Industrial Park has been transferred to Hoa Cam Industrial Zone Investment Joint Stock Company (Nei Izi) as investor.Hoa Cam Industrial Park has a geographical position adjacent to the 14b National Highway in the East-West Economic Corridor. This is the most convenient industrial park in Industrial Zones in Da Nang when located 8km from Da Nang city center, from important infrastructure works such as Tien Sa Seaport, Da Nang International Airport, Railway station is between 7 and 10 km. Hoa Cam Industrial Park has a total area of 149.84 ha with the current occupancy rate of 88.2%.
