Chairman of Bac Ninh Provincial People's Committee has just issued Decision No. 1737/QD-UBND approving the subdivision planning task, scale 1/2000 Gia Binh industrial park, Gia Binh district. Accordingly, the scope of the study, the planning boundary in the Southeast is adjacent to National Highway 17, the Northwest is adjacent to DT282B, the Northeast is adjacent to National Highway 17 and the Southwest is adjacent to Bao Ngoc village, Thai Bao commune. The planned scale of the industrial park covers an area of about 250ha. The main land use norms include land for factory construction about 55%; Green land is about 10%; Land for traffic 8%; Land for construction of technical infrastructure works 1%, Land for construction of administrative and service works is about 1%. The time for making the subdivision planning project is not more than 9 months from the date the planning task is approved. The planning organization unit is Hanaka Group Joint Stock Company.
