Get consensus of the Prime Minister on investment policy, urban - service and Van Trung golf course, along with the efforts of all levels, functional industries in the province, on 18 / 02/2008, Bac Giang Provincial People's Committee issued Decision No. 223 / QD-UBND on the establishment of Van Trung Industrial Park, Bac Giang Province.Van Trung Industrial Park was built in Van Trung and Tang Tien communes, Hoang Ninh (Viet Yen district) and Noi Hoang commune (Yen Dung district), with a scale of 433.28 ha. Van Trung Industrial Zone Located close to the National Highway 1A New Line Hanoi - Lang Son and National Highway 37 to Thai Nguyen, 45 km from Hanoi Capital, 43 km from Noi Bai International Airport, 120 km from Hai Phong Port , 110 km from Huu Nghi border gate, very convenient for traveling traffic by road, air, railway, waterway.Owner to build and trading in infrastructure of Van Trung Industrial Park is Fugiang One Member Limited Liability Company (FuGiang CO., LTD) - belonging to Hong Hai Science and Technology Group (Taiwan). The total registered capital of the project is 85.21 million USD (equivalent to VND 1,371,940,160,000 in Vietnam). The operating term of the project is 50 years. According to the commitment, in the 5-year period from the date of issuance of the Investment Certificate, FuGiang One Member Limited Company will start construction of infrastructure and will complete items in December 2012 .
