Phu My II Industrial Park was established under Decision No. 1729/CP-CN of the Prime Minister on November 18, 2004 and Decision 2089/QD-UBND dated June 29, 2005 of the People's Committee of Ba Ria - Vung Tau Province. . On August 10, 2006, Phu My II Industrial Park was approved for planning according to Decision No. 1130/QD-UBND dated August 10, 2006 of the Ministry of Construction with a planning area of 620.6 ha, located in administrative boundaries. are now Phuoc Tan Ward and Phu My Ward, Phu My Town, Ba Ria Vung Tau Province. On September 15, 2021, the People's Committee of Ba Ria - Vung Tau province approved the Decision on partial adjustment of the 1/2000 scale subdivision of Phu My II Industrial Park according to Decision No. 2785/QD-UBND. According to the adjustment content, the industrial land area for lease of Phu My II Industrial Park is adjusted to increase from 388.93 ha to 425.49 ha (Including the area of land for construction of factories and land for warehouses). .
